Randol’s private beta is intended for organisations evaluating the platform. Access may be limited and can be revoked at our discretion.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or use Randol to build solutions that violate applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your own data, schemas, and code. Randol IP, including the platform and branding, remains the property of its owners. Update this section with exact language from your counsel.

4. Beta disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis during the private beta, without guarantees of availability or performance. Do not use the beta for production-critical workloads.

5. Changes

These terms may change as the product evolves. You should include how you notify customers about changes to terms and policies.
