Solving Customer Duplication with Jev

See Randol combine fuzzy matching with Jev's evaluation to decide whether new customer information belongs to an existing account.

The business problem

New customer details do not always match existing records exactly. Teams must decide whether to create an account, merge records or review a possible duplicate.

What the demo shows

  1. Receive new customer information in a Randol workflow.
  2. Use fuzzy matching to find plausible existing customer records.
  3. Send candidates to the Jev connector and Evaluate activity for a Match, Potential Match or Not a Match decision.
  4. Route confirmed matches toward account handling, potential matches to a person for review, and non-matches into the new-customer process.

What this enables

The decision becomes an explicit part of a business workflow, combining conventional search with AI evaluation and human review where needed.
