2. Capture the payment data and pass it to a service operation.
3. Match and store the payment against the appropriate customer account.
4. Keep orchestration separate from deterministic business logic so services can also be used by apps and AI agents.

The payment is handled by a reusable business capability, with the event integration supplying context and orchestration coordinating the steps.
